Yet another step further in making Plazma Legacy a legacy of its own.
What we did is that we played with the agreement to pass through the Cycle structure at least 6 times, at least one turn of the Cycle structure we should do together. How we pass through the Cylce structure was up to us and I suggested to use what we have already: attention to breating, movement, gaze, and their relation, take care of yourself respecting your limits…
We did the usual at the beginning: to gather in the middle of the space and stand as close as we feel comfortable without touching each other. In the middle part I suggested to look for repetitions, what is repeating for you today. And at the end to conclude the games that we started and devised during that hour of work.
As we moved along the Cylce structure Gaja had a question and I invited her to put question in the form of rhyme. What followed opened to us a great universe of speech, text, storytelling, language jumping. The rhyme invites one to use the mental proces and if you stay attentive to make a rhyme, the mental process does not take you away from now and here. It helps you actually to be more there, more attention to the breathing, movement, words, pronounciation, and the whole act is more round, rich, more dimensions are expressed and you are being expressed in more dimensions.
The rhyming brought us to different languages and to different connections of words to movement, to breathing, to watching. All in all it is great entrance into the work with already written text like Bakkhai by Euripides and now we can trace it in our doings like we trace elements of the Cylce in the movements that appear as an answer to the question: What to I need.
