Plasma Yoga Anytime

Here is a proposal to do Plasma Yoga anytime you want, feel like, wish for.

Wherever you find yourself now, strike a pose, stop moving, asume a position, freeze.

While being in that position, notice (in any order and combination):
-the breath
-the weight, ie distribution of the weight across the area of the touch (floor, bed, chair or any object)
-the unnecesarry tensions, ie if you can relax the tensions in your body without losing the form and tonus of you in this position
-the gaze, ie what are you looking and what do you see
-the balance, ie what are you doing in your body to keep asuming the position
-the details, ie how can you make this position more precise
-the function, ie what is the benifit of this position for you

That’s it, you’re done.

Sure, there are proposals to continue:
-add someting to notice in your position (how do you feel, where do you feel the best/the worst in that position, what number comes to your mind… – just play around)
-keep the contact with the supportive surfaces and bend, rotate some part of your body (spine, arms, legs, neck… – just play around)
-use one of the many impulses in your body while you are negotiating the holding of current position, to move to a next position
-take two spaces in your body and observe
–how they connect (directly and indirectly, through the things you notice: breath, weight, tension, gaze, balance, details, function…)
–how to bring then as close as possible or as distant as possible
-with one part of your body push against or/and reach toward an object that you are (not) touching, if you have feet on the ground how to push with the hip against the floor through the legs, reach with top of your head toward ceiling or similar…

We suggest to start from what access you have to you in the physical body. At the beginning stay within the scope of that access, and only later try to go beyond it. The idea here is to establish what is, what access do I have, to see what resources are at hand, this attention will be less accessable when you go beyond that access (at the beginning of dealing with it).
